Yes, all THIEAUDIO earphones and electronics come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase for any claims.

What is your return policy for high-fidelity audio gear?

We offer a 7-day inspection period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in its original, mint condition with all packaging for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.

Are the cables on THIEAUDIO IEMs replaceable?

Yes, our In-Ear Monitors feature industry-standard 2-pin or MMCX connectors, allowing you to easily swap or upgrade your cables for a customized listening experience.

Do I need an external amplifier to drive THIEAUDIO headphones?

While many of our IEMs are sensitive enough for mobile use, our planar magnetic headphones and high-impedance models benefit significantly from a dedicated DAC/Amp to reach their full sonic potential.
